MOMMY Mindset is a 5-module course designed to be done in 5 weeks. 

Each module is broken down into 3 lessons with guided coaching videos and pdf material. 

Motherly- Define what being a mommy means to you and create a vision for your dream version of motherhood. Learn how language shapes identity for you AND your children. This module sets the foundation for everything to come. 

Opportunity- This module contains the tools to help you see your daily struggles as opportunities for your true mommy self to shine. You'll be calling your people to tell them how well you handled that!
